Public Relations IAIN Parepare – A keseluruhan of 125 students from IAIN Parepare participated in the selection process for prospective participants of the Sports, Research, and Arts Week (POROS INTIM) IV PTKIN in Eastern Indonesia. The participants will compete to become the best delegates representing IAIN Parepare at this prestigious regional acara.
To prepare for the participant selection process, the committee held a Socialization and Briefing for the Selection of Participants for POROS INTIM IV, which took place in the Ballroom of the Integrated Laboratory of IAIN Parepare, on Thursday, June 4, 2026. This acara served as a platform to convey information related to the selection mechanism, implementation schedule, participant requirements, and technical preparations for each competition branch.
Based on the latest registration informasi, Badminton became the branch with the highest number of participants, with 22 participants, followed by Table Tennis and Sepak Takraw, each with 13 participants. In the fields of religion and preaching, the Tausiyah Speech was also attended by 13 participants, the Qur’an Memorization Competition (MHQ) had 12 participants, the Scientific Writing of the Qur’an had 12 participants, and Nasyid had 9 participants.
The Calligraphy and the Qiraatul Kutub Competition (MQK) each had 6 participants, Islamic Solo Pop had 5 participants, Pencak Silat and Scientific Writing of Al-Hadis each had 4 participants, the Qur’an Recitation Competition (MTQ) had 3 participants, and the debate delegation had 3 participants.
Through a strict and objective selection process, IAIN Parepare hopes to send the best delegation that not only excels in sports, research, and arts, but also can bring honor to the campus at the POROS INTIM IV PTKIN acara across Eastern Indonesia.
